Short courses Coming soon a one day course. Keum Bo This is a Korean technique of fusing pure gold foil on to silver. The term Keum meaning gold and Bo translating as applied. Because of the extreme delicacy of the pure gold sheet traditional solder can't be used. The 24 carat gold sheet has to be thermally fused to the silver alloy using the correct pressure and temperature. This is an intensive course for beginners to help them start to understand the complexities and techniques required for successful soldering. Short courses October 4th a one day course for complete beginners This course is designed to give the student an insight to the pleasure and sense of achievment that accompanies the activity of inventing and creating objects in precious metals.
